This home was built in the classic Sea Ranch style, with a reverse floor plan that places the main living space upstairs on the second floor. This great room is both open and inviting, offering lofty ceilings of natural wood, a wall of windows that face the ocean, and a sofa, a plush armchair, and built-in window seats to help you admire the view. You can curl up with a book in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, set up a board game at the dining room table, or turn on a movie while keeping one eye peeled for whale spouts. This fenced outdoor space is perfectly sheltered from the wind, featuring a private hot tub, a gas grill, and a table for al fresco meals. Back inside, the kitchen has every necessary appliance and bar seats for three sous chefs.

This is your private retreat for the duration of your stay -- full run of the house. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.
You'll be able to stroll to the oceanfront Bluff Trail in a matter of minutes each morning, and be welcomed home by an enclosed garden terrace with a private hot tub. Begin each morning with a visit to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and saunas at the nearby Ohlson Recreation Center, and come home to unwind on the back terrace. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.
Sea Ranch is located on the Sonoma Coast, approximately 2.5 hours north of San Francisco via Highway 101 to Highway 1. The closest airport is Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area. The scenic drive along Highway 1 is part of the experience.

April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.
