Just a mile down the coast, the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center has been an island favorite for over 35 years. Here you'll find over 100 boutiques, beach shops, novelty stores, coffee shops, and delicious island cuisine in one central location. This vacation rental is conveniently close to several golf courses for the active vacationer. At the same time, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, offering walking paths, boat tours, and a unique archaeological site, is just a little over three miles from your front door.

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.

For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.
Please note that pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee. Kindly contact us for the exact pricing.
Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.
