Pool heating performance may be limited when outside temperatures drop below 55°F, and refunds will not be issued if the pool does not reach the desired temperature while actively heating.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
