The outdoor area has oversized chairs and a couch, along with a dining table and a private grill. You'll enjoy HOA amenity access such as a pool, a playground, firepits, and walking trails. This home is also dog friendly and there is a dog run outside, so every member of the family can join in on the fun.
This cabin is located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, which means you're in for some fun and adventure all year round. Right in the neighborhood, you'll find the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center and the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, plus pools, hot tubs, and a gym at the Trout Creek Recreation Center (day-use fees apply). You'll also have access to the Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake five miles south.
