The 1,750-square-foot home underwent a full remodel in 2022, which emphasizes smart/sustainable design and maximizes the impact of the sweeping ocean and mountain vistas. The reverse floor plan provides wrap-around windows in the great room, dining area, and kitchen, with a walk-out deck on the second floor. The kitchen is well stocked with high-end equipment and tools, perfect for the home chef. Neahkahnie Beach is a short 5-minute walk down the maintained Doris Davis trail spur, although there is a 100-foot elevation change to keep in mind. The location is about a 15-minute walk downtown, 5-minute drive to beach parking.

Neighborhood Update: Manzanita is a growing community and as such, a nearby property is currently under construction. Work is limited to weekday and daytime hours. Guests' feedback to date express the nearby activity minimally disruptive, but we want you to be aware of this situation. The property ocean and mountain views remain uncompromised, and property amenities and conveniences are in place to enable an exceptional guest stay.
