OVERVIEW
Cape Satisfaction
While Captain John Meares may have been disappointed following his visit to this furthest corner of Southwest Washington, you surely won't be. Nestled at the mouth of the mighty Columbia River, this scenic stretch of coastline offers a true Pacific Northwest experience. You and your guests can enjoy the quiet wonder of the region from the comfort of this spacious bay-view home. If you're looking to explore, the home also offers a convenient location for a variety of easy day trips, including Cape Disappointment State Park, the Long Beach Peninsula, and Astoria, Oregon.
Boasting 3000 square feet to call your own, this roomy retreat comes fully furnished inside and out for laid-back group living. Inside, behold beautiful bay views while shooting a few rounds of pool in the billiards room or while simply relaxing with friends and family in either of the living rooms. Luxe leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a TV set the stage for toasty home movie nights on the main floor. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the major appliances and plenty of counter space for planning and preparing home-cooked meals with ease. The upstairs living area is ready for happy hour hosting, with features including a plush leather sectional, a dartboard, a game table, a wet bar, and a smart TV. Wall-to-wall windows and a telescope provide a perfect perch for bird watchers or stargazers.
Enjoy private backyard entertainment with no neighbors behind the home and a mix of landscaping and natural vegetation creating a secluded feel. Fire up the gas grill and set up the ladder-ball set for unforgettable family barbecues and spend your evenings gathered around the wood-burning firepit. The covered outdoor bar provides a convenient spot to serve up cold drinks.
