Welcome to Changes In Attitude, a beautiful five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath coastal retreat located in Surfside Beach. True to its name, this relaxing beach home is the perfect place to leave your worries behind and embrace vacation mode. With plenty of room for family and friends, the home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for group getaways, family vacations, or beach celebrations. Dogs are welcome so your furry family members can join the adventure, though we kindly ask that pets weigh 50 pounds or less. Please note that cats are not permitted. The home features updated bedrooms and a newly renovated patio, offering comfortable spaces to relax after a day at the beach. Whether you're gathering together, enjoying the fresh coastal air outside, or simply unwinding with loved ones, Changes In Attitude is designed to help you create lasting vacation memories.

Guests enter the home on the first living level, just above the carport, where you are welcomed into the spacious kitchen. This chef-friendly space features full-size appliances, including a French door refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with plenty of counter space for meal prep.

Whether you're cooking breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner at home, the kitchen has everything you need. Prefer to dine out? Several great restaurants are within walking distance, with many more just a short drive away. Delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also available. The home also offers free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and stay connected during your stay. The kitchen peninsula offers seating for four, while the nearby dining table provides seating for six and connects the kitchen to the living room.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa, loveseat, and two accent chairs arranged around a large wall mounted TV. It is the perfect place to relax after a full day at the beach. Behind the sofa, an entertainment console is stocked with board games and activities for family fun. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to one of the home's balconies where you can step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Also on the first level is one of the bedrooms, which is ideal for kids or friends traveling together. This room features a full sized bed with a twin trundle underneath, a wall mounted TV, an end table with a lamp, and a wardrobe for clothing storage. A convenient half bath is attached to this room and includes a sink with cabinet storage, mirror, and toilet.

The laundry room is also located on this level and includes a washer and dryer so guests can easily freshen up clothes or beach towels during their stay.

Upstairs, guests will find the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom two features a king sized bed with end tables, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a closet for storage, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Bedroom three features a queen-size bed, end table with lamp, dresser for storage, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. This room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom four. The bathroom includes a vanity sink with mirror, toilet, and a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom four offers another queen sized bed with two end tables, a dresser, a mirrored closet for additional storage, and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Bedroom five is the primary suite. This spacious room features a king sized bed with matching end tables, a large dresser with a wall mounted TV above, and two chairs that provide a cozy seating area. Sliding glass doors open to the second level balcony. The private ensuite bathroom includes a tiled walk in shower, sink with vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Outside is where even more vacation fun begins! The home features a private swimming pool that guests can enjoy throughout their stay. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $45 per night. Please note that at least 72 hours notice is required to allow enough time for the pool to reach the desired temperature. We may be able to heat the pool on shorter notice; please inquire!

Dog owners will appreciate being able to bring their furry friends along! When making your reservation, please select one pet even if you plan to bring two, as the pet fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture and that they be crated when you are away from the home. This helps protect the property and ensures the safety of vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel who may need to access the home. Please also be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid any potential fines.

If you are looking to explore the area, the home is located near many of the Grand Strand's favorite attractions. Guests can spend the day relaxing on the sand at Surfside Beach, which is just steps away, or visit the newly rebuilt Surfside Beach Fishing Pier for oceanfront views, fishing, and nearby restaurants. Just a short drive south is the lively Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, known for waterfront dining and live music. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring Huntington Beach State Park or wandering the sculptures and gardens at Brookgreen Gardens.

To make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible, we provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, bedding, pillows, linens, and essential supplies. Starter toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and soap will also be available upon arrival so you can focus on enjoying your beach vacation.
