Boasting a sparkling private pool (nine-and-a-half feet deep with heating and cooling by request), outdoor seating, a covered patio, and a firepit, you will have no trouble soaking up some sunshine in your very own backyard! Inside, you will slip right into vacation mode with all of the comforts of home and more including a full kitchen, a game table for cards, and an accommodating living room complete with a plush black leather sofa, a matching recliner, and a flatscreen TV to stream favorite movies on when the stars come out. Beautiful bedrooms await for everyone to get a bit of rest and privacy each night.

Alta Mesa is a desirable community near the heart of downtown, featuring a private golf course and wonderful parks for the kiddos if you brought them along. When you want to venture out a bit, shopping and restaurants are within a short drive of your front door and some of the best outdoor recreation is found in Northeast Mesa. This includes golf, tennis, biking/hiking, boating, kayaking and fishing, and much more! Riverview Park is just under 13 miles away and features a beautiful view of the river, a splash pad, a playground, and scenic walks.
