The main level features grand vaulted ceilings and a bright, open layout centered around the dual-sided stone fireplace shared between the dining room and living room. The living room includes a large leather sectional, flatscreen TV, and a wall of windows and glass doors leading out to the covered patio with mountain views.

The kitchen is designed for gathering, with a large island and three bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space. Nearby, the dining area seats eight comfortably, while the breakfast nook offers seating for six more guests.

The primary suite is located on the main level and features a queen bed, private fireplace, and direct access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a soaker tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The laundry room is conveniently accessible through the primary walk-in closet.

Also on the main level is a front office space, a half bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and large closet, a bunk room with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
