Here you can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the breakfast bar and the adjacent table, and then kick back and relax in the sunlit living area with a huge 70” Samsung LED UHD Smart TV. For more privacy, stream a favorite show in the main bedroom on the 58' smart TV. Or step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the view while you sip morning coffee or close out the day with an evening cocktail. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and a fitness room.

This condo was recently completely renovated from the ground up. Renovations include all new furniture and appliances, new flooring and granite countertops, new vanities and bathrooms, all new paint and doors as well as new outdoor furniture featuring Polywood.
