Enjoy spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars. We provide a starter kit of essentials – Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of conditioner; Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge and 1 small bottle of dish soap. After these items are used, guests are responsible for supplying their own. Please note: we do not provide cooking oils, spices, coffee, filters, or pantry staples—please pack what you need. If they are in the unit when you arrive, use them at your own risk.
You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!
Things to Know:
Palacio is undergoing a planned elevator modernization project. The project began in mid-September 2026 and is currently scheduled for completion in early March 2027. While modernization is underway, one elevator will be out of service for an extended period of time. The remaining elevator may also experience temporary outages during the project. Guests staying at Palacio must be physically capable of using the stairs if the operating elevator is unavailable. Guests who are unable to navigate multiple flights of stairs need to be made aware of this limitation before they arrive.
