The full, well-equipped kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances you'll need to cook your chef-inspired meals, and the dining table. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie night on the 70-inch TV and DVD player. There is a full-size washer/dryer located in the laundry room. And right outside, the spacious, private, furnished balcony provides incredible Gulf-front views. Guests of this condo will also enjoy access to shared swimming pools, a children's water play area, shared grills, a picnic area, a walkway to beach access, a snack bar, and a fitness center. This home also includes beach service for two guests, plus complimentary umbrellas and two lounge chairs.
