Ellie Bee’s by the Beach is a luxury Florida-style house with an ocean view, a wraparound balcony, a newly painted exterior, and an updated interior with brand-new amenities including a new built-in electric fireplace and living room TV. Located 200 yards from the beach on the south side of the scenic Hwy 30A, Ellie Bee’s by the Beach is away from the noise, traffic, and crowds. Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is just a two-block walk through the neighborhood. Grayton Beach State Park, just five and a half miles from the home, has lovely beaches and plenty of wildlife to observe. It features the fantastic Underwater Museum of Art!
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach's lower level consists of the main living and dining rooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The custom-built kitchen with quartz countertops is well-equipped with all the necessities to satisfy even the most accomplished chef. The living area features a vast 75-inch smart TV with Roku streaming, which is also available in all rooms, a Blu-ray DVD player, a gorgeous electric fireplace, and an Xbox One with various games. The primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a 60-inch smart TV with Roku and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well as its own en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second-level guestroom features two custom-built twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the primary bedroom on that floor has an en suite with a marble vanity top. Free WiFi and cable round of your home's essentials.
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach features a unique outdoor living space with a saltwater pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), a covered gazebo with a comfortable lounge set, and a picnic table. This area was designed to accommodate long hours of outdoor swimming and socializing after a day at the beach. Relax with your favorite beverage by the pool or hang out on the roof-top observation deck - the house offers multiple gathering areas to suit everyone's taste and enjoyment.
