This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit located on the 5th floor, offers a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island fishing pier. This well-appointed unit has 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and Bunk Beds and sleeps 8. With 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Special features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the home, and two master bathrooms with garden tubs.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
