While public transportation options in the area are limited, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the coastal surroundings and nearby attractions at your own pace. On site parking is available for your convenience, and accessible parking spots are provided for guests who require them.

ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:
Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony
restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.
