Not to mention, you will have access to the shared pool on-site to take a quick dip and escape the summer heat.

Inside, this fantastic condo has easy access for everyone in the group to kick back and enjoy some downtime. Before cooking up dinner in the full kitchen (and eating together at the breakfast bar), stick the swimsuits in the private washer/dryer so they are ready to go for the beach. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas and a TV. For those who need to work remotely, a dedicated workstation with a desk, chair, and USB port access is provided. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and central AC.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  • All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • This unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex. There is no elevator access to the front door.
