The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the amenities you'll want to make some meals on the go.

TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom, along with some board games for family fun. For your convenience, there’s a washer/dryer and plenty of storage for your beach chairs and sand toys.

If you want to get in some great nature, you don't have to look any farther than Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, just three miles west of you, where all kinds of great water activities await. Paddleboard, canoe, or kayak over Campbell Lake. There are a ton of fantastic saltwater fish like Spanish mackerel, redfish, and pompano, and you might just catch a glimpse of a whitetail deer, and see some dolphins at the waterline and shorebirds skating along the waves. At Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, nature lovers can also spot a variety of rare birds. It's all just four and a half miles west.

Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).
