Kick back in style at this bright retreat by the sea! WHAT’S NEARBY The beach is so close, you can pick up takeout from The Back Porch and enjoy it right on the sand! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, just over four miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over one mile from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
