The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar adds four more spaces. Kick back and relax on the sofa after a sun-filled day at the beach or at the sparkling shared pool. This level features a laundry room with your very own washer/dryer combo, one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll come across a bedroom with a king bed and an on-site kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. And last, but not least, the upper level offers a well-equipped living area with a large flatscreen TV, a bedroom with two double beds, another bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bathroom, and another kitchenette. Beach Shuttle: Available seasonally (March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Memorial Day- October).

Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access. Free WiFi, Snowbird-friendly! & Two kitchenettes (second and third level)
