Less than 15 miles south of Walt Disney World Resort, this two-level, five-bedroom Kissimmee house is the ideal place to experience a fun-filled theme park adventure with the family! The kids will love the two upstairs Disney-themed rooms, and you'll have three more luxurious rooms to enjoy, two of them with en-suite baths. The lower-level living space is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive decors, and tile and carpeted floors. The entertainment area features a large flatscreen TV surrounded by ample seating, ideal for movie nights with friends and family. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you need to prepare a wonderful meal, and you can serve your dinner guests at the dining table or out on the furnished screened-in patio for an al-fresco dining experience. After a fun day of sightseeing, come home to splash around in the expansive private pool then use the free WiFi to research tomorrow's next adventure. The central AC will ensure everything stays nice and cool during those hot summer days, and you can take advantage of the private washer/dryer to keep the gang looking their best during your stay.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge

1 dishwasher soap

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL– We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND GRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
