KITCHEN & DINING Create your favorite dishes in the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, ample countertops, and a four-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, the table seats six for meals. BED & BATH This two-story townhome sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms, each with a Roku TV. Find comfort in the primary suite, fitted with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second suite offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle bed underneath. The third bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Pool Heater: The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. $50 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay
