One of the key attractions of this snowbird-friendly home is its sought-after private swimming pool with an attached spill-over pool spa. Spend your evenings cooling down in the pool or working on your tan on any of the poolside beach loungers. The pool is surrounded by a safety pool fence, which is ideal for families traveling with children. The screened lanai allows for privacy and the private patio offers the perfect spot to dine alfresco with an outdoor dining area for eight.

The main living space is located on the first floor of the home. Upon entering, you will first notice the carpeted dining area with a six-person dining table. Right after that is the family room, furnished with comfortable sofas - it's a great and snuggly nook where guests can gather and plan their next adventures. There is a tiled open-floor plan that seamlessly combines the main living room, kitchen, and second dining area. The living room has been equipped with another set of comfortable sofas and a smart TV with cable and streaming services. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything the cook of the group could need to whip up the most delicious and memorable meals and snacks. Also found on this level is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, a garage converted into a game room with a pool table and a Ping-Pong table, one bedroom, and a full bathroom.

The second level boasts four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a foosball table. The spacious main bedroom features its own en suite bathroom with double vanities, a stand-alone shower, and a soaking tub, a small living area, and a private furnished balcony with partial views of the nearby lake. Each of the remainder bedrooms has its own smart TV.
