You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles).
Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast.
