Lost Rock is a spacious, private Beaver Lake retreat with a main house, guesthouse, infinity pool, sauna, kayaks, and extensive outdoor living space. Set on 165 scenic acres with approximately 4,000 feet of lake frontage, the property offers room for up to 20 guests to relax and reconnect in a peaceful wooded setting.
The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Its sleeping arrangements include four queen beds. The guesthouse also has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk room containing eight beds.
Both homes feature full kitchens and comfortable gathering areas. Fire TV streaming devices are available on the main-house and guesthouse televisions, while the guesthouse outdoor television supports compatible streaming apps. Guests connected to the Wi-Fi can also enjoy the property’s Sonos wireless sound system.
Outside, more than 5,000 square feet of deck and flagstone patio space provide room to take in the lake and woodland views. Additional amenities include a seasonal infinity pool, sauna, kayaks, gas grill, wood-burning firepit, and access to the rocky shoreline for swimming, floating, fishing, and temporary boat mooring.

Guests may swim, float, fish, launch the provided kayaks, and temporarily moor a boat along the shoreline for up to 24 hours. The shore is rocky and uneven, so appropriate caution is necessary.
Private docks are not available to vacation-rental guests under Beaver Lake Corps of Engineers shoreline regulations. Nearby public boat ramps and commercial marina docks remain available.
The property is gated, and entry uses an electronic lock. Gate, lock, and arrival instructions will be provided to registered guests before check-in.
Lost Rock is surrounded by a peaceful residential and wooded setting along Beaver Lake. The private acreage and lake frontage create a secluded atmosphere well suited to quiet vacations, family time, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and enjoying the natural surroundings.
Rocky Branch Marina, Big Clifty, and other public lake-access areas are reachable by car. Because the property is in a remote lake setting, guests should purchase groceries and other essentials before arrival.
A vehicle is necessary for reaching Lost Rock and exploring the Beaver Lake area. The property is in a remote setting, and the nearest full-service shopping options may be approximately 30 minutes away.
Parking is available for up to eight vehicles in designated areas, including overflow parking at the base of the hill. Garage parking is not available. Public boat ramps at Rocky Branch and Big Clifty provide options for launching boats.
Guests can enjoy the main house, guesthouse, and surrounding property privately. Our local management team is available through the booking platform to assist with questions or concerns before and during the stay.
Lost Rock accommodates a maximum of 20 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parties, events, kegs, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Pets and hunting are also prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activity considerate of neighboring properties. Privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology is used to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.
Smoking is not permitted inside either home.
The infinity pool is operational seasonally and is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool availability may be affected by weather, maintenance, or other operational conditions. Children must be closely supervised around the pool, decks, stairs, shoreline, firepit, sauna, and kayaks.
Guests may swim, float, fish, launch the provided kayaks, and enjoy the rocky shoreline at their own risk. Temporary shoreline boat mooring is permitted for up to 24 hours. Private docks are not available to vacation-rental guests under Beaver Lake Corps of Engineers shoreline regulations.
Only firewood may be burned in the wood-burning firepit. The gas grill and its fuel shutoff valve must be turned off completely after every use.
Parking is limited to eight vehicles, and garage parking is not available.
