With very easy access from street level, you'll have no problem bringing in your luggage and groceries. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing gourmet meals with lots of room for more than one chef, and you'll love the flow to the separate dining room through the butler's pantry which provides ample storage for your groceries and wine. From the sound-front living room featuring a 65-inch flatscreen TV, you'll have easy access to the large, furnished deck that overlooks the water, where you will enjoy lovely, colorful sunsets year-round. The bedrooms are furnished to give you a variety of sleeping arrangements, making them perfect for a family or for couples. Step down to the lower deck where a six-person hot tub will be the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine after a day on the water. From this deck, a stairway descends down to the water's edge for easy launching of kayaks, windsurfers, or kiteboards. Don't miss this gem!
