The third main living area is fully furnished and has a 45-inch TV. The kitchen offers granite countertops and a nearby dining area.

Head up to the fourth level with a separate seating area with grand sound views. Level five houses an office area with two desks and a workstation, along with a bedroom with the highest skylight in Avon.

Three of the four main suites are oceanfront, two have deck access, and three have a sofa/seating area and a private bath. One of the guest bedrooms is also oceanfront.
