You'll be greeted by the beautifully landscaped pool area, a fenced backyard, and peekaboo ocean views. Spend refreshing evenings in the outdoor pool or relax in the bubbly six-person hot tub provided for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a propane grill that you can use to host entertaining warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. This area is overlooked by the first-level deck, where you can lounge on the bench swing and still be a part of all the fun.
Upon entering this darling home, guests can head downstairs and find the game room with a pool table, a pub table for two, a smart TV with a DVD player, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge and microwave. The top-level great room has been beautifully decorated. It is the perfect gathering spot with a 55' smart TV home theatre system with Blu-Ray, surround sound, and a stereo system with internet radio and speakers to the deck.
