When it's beach time, Big Kahuna has its own private beach access & shaded beachfront deck with swing for you to enjoy. And if the sun gets a little too hot, you can retreat back to the private resort-style backyard, which is largely shaded. It boasts one of the largest pools on the island, complete with tanning ledge & LED fountain, loungers, in-pool cocktail table banquette, with poolside hanging chairs & swing.

Big Kahuna is one of the most incredibly fun beach houses on the East Coast, perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or corporate retreats. A fantastic game room/video game lounge (BYO systems) has just been added so kids can carve out their own space as well.
