This second-row, reverse floor plan home is located in the beautiful seaside community of Sandcastles in the heart of Surf City. Although considered second row, there is no street to cross — just a courtyard between the oceanfront and street-side duplexes — making the beach access at the end of Dolphin Street only steps away. Conveniently located within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and Surf City attractions, this home offers the perfect blend of location and coastal convenience.

Two floors of covered decks offer beautiful ocean views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. The nicely landscaped property features palm trees, lush grass, and stone pathways that add to the inviting beachside atmosphere.

On the first level, guests will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry area. The second level features the main living space with an oceanside deck, along with a fourth bedroom.
