There is a full-size refrigerator, a separate smaller refrigerator, a separate ice maker, a microwave, a stove with double built-in ovens, and two dishwashers. Just about anything you might need for a large crowd is in this modern kitchen. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all together in a vast open area on the second floor. The large custom-made dining room table will seat many people. The living room features oversized comfortable couches and an entertainment center with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player. This level also offers a spacious main bedroom with direct deck access and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The third-floor bedrooms all have an en suite bathroom.
Of course, the top attraction of any home on Topsail Island is the beautiful and extensive beaches, but if you grow tired of swimming, fishing, and tanning, you can enjoy some of the extras this home brings. There is a large hot tub on the first-floor deck overlooking the Atlantic, and there is a community pool steps from the vacation rental.
