The unit is approximately 600 square feet and features a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a flatscreen TV, along with both a portable air conditioning unit and portable heaters, and fans are also provided for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, guests will also have access to beach essentials, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. A one-car carport is available for parking, and there is a coin-operated washer and dryer located in the community laundry room, and a community BBQ.
