Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, harbor, and downtown (about half a mile to the Oceanside Pier, restaurants, and shops), guests can easily enjoy the best of the area. The home features two private decks with sunset views—one sunny and perfect for barbecues, the other shaded for relaxing—as well as a sauna inside one of the bathrooms, a peek at the ocean view, and garage parking for two vehicles. Inside, the spacious main living area occupies the middle floor and includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and space for movies or games. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom with a sofa, a queen bedroom with a sofa, and a large queen bedroom upstairs. All with their own full bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to six guests. Additional amenities include beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels), in-unit washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi.
