A long-term guest may occasionally occupy the detached garage unit above, and a nearby walkway is shared access. The home also uses decibel monitoring and enforces quiet, no-party rules. Amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, and a one-car garage (midsize vehicle) plus one additional parking space behind it (small vehicle), a small backyard with outdoor seating, and fans (no A/C).
