The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a king primary suite (en-suite bath with walk-in shower), a queen bedroom (en-suite bath with tub/shower combo), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and included beach gear such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Additional details include one reserved parking space, electronic lock entry, and check-in at 4 PM with check-out at 10 AM. Please note there is no central A/C, heat, or fireplace—cooling is provided by ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a portable fan, with radiant heaters available for cooler nights.
