THE SPACE

A 525 square foot beachfront condo on the third floor, with a private balcony, ocean views, and beach access. Two queen beds, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker keep things simple for a short beach stay for up to 4 guests, inside a 24 hour secure gated community.

The condo is on the third floor, and the balcony is private, with outdoor seating and ocean views. It is a place to relax and unwind. The condo is beachfront, and beach access is part of the property.

GATED COMMUNITY AND BEACHFRONT SETTING

The condo is in a 24 hour secure gated community on Amelia Island. Tree lined drives run through 1,350 acres of maritime forest and green marshland, alongside 3 miles of uncrowded beachfront. Every guest enters through the main security gate and gets a visitor pass before going to the condo.

KITCHENETTE

The condo has a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, but it does not have a full kitchen. Dishes and utensils are provided. The microwave, refrigerator, and coffee stand were recently updated, and coffee is not included.

LAYOUT AND COMFORTS

The condo has a television with cable and satellite, and the cable box is wireless and was recently updated. Internet is provided. A desk and desk chair are in the condo, and it is laptop friendly, with a dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the room comfortable. The condo has a private entrance.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The bedroom has two queen beds, a lock on the door, and extra pillows and blankets. The condo has one bathroom.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

An iron, an ironing board, and hangers are provided, along with towels and linens. Shared washers and dryers are located on the 2nd and 6th floors of the complex.

COMMUNITY POOL

The pool is a shared outdoor community pool. It is not heated.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

Check in is by self check in. The building has an elevator. Free parking is provided.

The condo is beachfront on Amelia Island, with a golf course on site or within a 15 minute walk. Swimming and pier fishing are nearby, and a golf course is within a 30 minute drive.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM with self check in, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The condo has a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave, but no full kitchen. All guests enter through the main security gate and get a visitor pass first. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets and smoking are not allowed. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year, just a message or a call away.
