THE BEACH, THREE BLOCKS AWAY

Public beach access sits on Ocean Dune Circle, about three blocks and an 8-minute walk from the house — or a quick ride on one of the bikes. This particular stretch has some natural rock, so a few guests have driven a short distance to a softer-sand beach nearby for easier swimming; either way, you're close to the water without paying oceanfront prices.
