Additionally, this suite is about a 15-minute drive to old historic downtown Fernandina Beach, where carriage rides, shopping, and dining are waiting.

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
