THE SPACE

A ground floor oceanfront condo with a private patio and a short walk over the dunes to the sand. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a shared outdoor pool on the grounds make it a natural fit for a family or a group of friends.

PRIVATE PATIO AND THE WALK TO THE SAND

The condo is on the ground floor, right on the beach, with its own private ground level patio, outdoor furniture, and ocean views. It is a short walk over the dunes to the sand, and beach access is part of the property. Outdoor seating is provided, and BBQ grills are available. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, so bring your own.

FULL KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. You have a refrigerator and freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a kettle, and a drip coffee maker. Dishes, utensils, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and cooking basics are provided. There is a dining table, and the kitchen island has bar stools.

LIVING AREA AND LAYOUT

The living room is spacious and well appointed, with a Smart TV and ceiling fans. This condo is streaming only, so guests use their own streaming logins. Free high speed WiFi is included, and the condo is laptop friendly, with a desk, a desk chair, and a dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning and central heating are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have a lock on the door. The condo has three full bathrooms.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and a dryer are in the unit. An iron, an ironing board, hangers, towels, and linens are provided. Starter items cover the first few days: dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Our housekeeping team handles all of the laundry. Children are welcome.

SHARED OUTDOOR POOL

The pool is a shared outdoor community pool, and it is fenced. It is not heated.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

Check in is by self check in, and the condo has a private entrance. The community is gated with 24 hour security, and every guest enters through the main security gate to pick up a pass. The condo is on the ground floor, all the way to the left, and there is an elevator in the building. Parking is open. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, only one parking pass is issued, the main lot is limited to one space per unit, and additional vehicles use the overflow lot across the road. Guest rental golf carts must use the overflow lot. The trash chute is inside the door near the elevator.

EXPLORE AMELIA ISLAND

Downtown Fernandina Beach is only minutes away. Walking and hiking trails, cycling, fishing, boating, sailing, horseback riding, and golf are all nearby, with shopping and nightlife close by.

THINGS TO NOTE

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to follow the good neighbor policy. Check in is after 4:00 PM, and we will try to accommodate early check in if possible. Checkout is before 10:00 AM, and late checkouts are not available.
