THE SPACE

Three-panel disappearing doors open to the travertine pool terrace, and the living space rises 30 feet to a cupola with clerestory windows. Four bedrooms, each with its own en suite, give every guest a private place to land.

PRIVATE POOL AND SPILLOVER SPA

Step out to a screened back terrace that belongs to your group alone. The saltwater plunge pool and spillover spa sit on a travertine terrace, and three-panel disappearing doors open straight onto it. The pool is fenced, and a waterfall runs on a timer. There is no hot tub in this home. The spa is connected to the pool and shares the same heating system. The pool and spillover spa can be heated as an add-on for $75 per night, and the heat fee must be paid 3 days before arrival for the spa to heat. The pool is not heated unless heat is purchased. An outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, patio furniture, and outdoor lighting are on the property.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND GRILL

Cook outside and keep the group together. The home has an outdoor kitchen and a grill, and barbecue utensils are provided.

LIVING AREAS AND LAYOUT

The living space reaches a 30-foot ceiling topped with a cupola and clerestory windows. Pella windows, Brazilian cherry floors, and a concrete-block exterior make up the build. A bonus space has a balcony with a view of the pool below. The fireplace in the living room is for looks only and does not work. The home has cable and satellite television and a smart TV. High speed WiFi is included, and air conditioning and heating are provided. A desk and desk chair are available for working.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The indoor kitchen is top-of-the-line, with a breakfast bar that opens to the formal dining room, so the cook stays part of the conversation. You have a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, and a kettle. The coffee maker brews drip coffee, and a Keurig is also provided. Dishes and utensils, cooking basics, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are provided, and there is a dining table.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, one has two twin beds, and one has a king bed. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, including dual primary suites. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and dryer are in the home. An iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, and hangers are provided, along with towels and linens. Clothing storage is provided. Starter items are provided for the first few days.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

The home is in a gated community. Every guest enters through the main security gate. Check in is by self check in with a smartlock, and 24 hour check in is available. The home has a garage and parking, and the yard is private.

Check in is after 4:00 PM with self check in, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. All guests enter through the main security gate. Pool and spillover spa heat is an add-on at $75 per night, paid 3 days before arrival. There is no hot tub in this home. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
