This small but cozy house is located less than a half mile from the T-Dock Public boat landing (your gateway to the famous Eagle River chain of lakes), Eagle River City Beach on Silver Lake, Trees for Tomorrow environmental education center and, in the winter, the ice skating rink. Downtown Eagle River is only a mile away!

This budget-friendly home invites you to kick back and relax in the pleasant living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies while munching on the snack of your choice. Surprise your beloved family and friends with tasty treats and homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen.
