Boulder Creek #1412

Boulder Creek | Lakeside Condo with Pool & Hot Tub, Steps from Boulder Bay

Escape to Boulder Creek, a cozy upper-level two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the quiet Boulder Creek Resort community on the shores of Big Bear Lake. This 827-square-foot retreat sleeps up to four guests and sits right next door to Boulder Bay Park, with year-round fishing, kayak rentals, and grassy picnic areas just steps away. The ski resorts and The Village are about 5 to 10 minutes by car, and the community offers a pool, a hot tub, and a large, flat parking area.

Start each morning on your private bedroom balcony with a cup of coffee, overlooking the complex courtyard. In the evening, step out onto the second balcony off the living room, fire up the propane BBQ, and grill your fresh catch from the lake. Inside, the open living and dining area features vaulted ceilings and big windows with views of the bay. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the wood-burning fireplace and watch the snow fall over the bay, or put on a movie on the flat-screen TV with complimentary cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The equipped kitchen has cookware, utensils, general appliances, and a dishwasher, and the breakfast bar with stools is perfect for quick meals. The primary suite has a queen bed, a private balcony, a private full bathroom, plenty of dresser and closet space, and a flat-screen TV with cable. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with a hallway full bathroom right next door. Every bed is made up with warm linens, blankets, and pillows, and fresh towels are ready when you arrive.

Boulder Creek's lakeside location puts Big Bear's year-round fun within easy reach. Spend summer days fishing, kayaking, and picnicking at Boulder Bay Park, then cool off in the community pool or relax in the hot tub. In winter, the slopes of Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are a short drive away, and you'll come home to a warm fire and bay views. The Village, Big Bear Marina, and the area's restaurants and shops are just minutes away by car.
