The Good- The condo is only 2 blocks from the beach, Calle 38, & 5th Avenue with all it's shops and restaurants - super convenient. It's also only about a 10 minute walk from Chedraui where you can get groceries and almost anything else you'll need at better prices than the 5th Ave shops. The bed is firm, but comfortable. Appliance all work well. The bad- There were a few weekend nights where the beach club held loud parties late into the night. So loud you could sing along. Also, despite having rules and fines posted, there were people smoking and drinking from glassware in the pool area, as well as singing loudly at the pool up until about 10pm. Due to the layout of the condo architecture the singing could be heard loudly by half the residents. The shower took a long time to warm up and even then was only luke warm. Also about halfway through our stay we woke up to no power, which also meant no water. We tried to contact Vacasa as well as the local host but no one got in touch with us until out last day and it was just an email basically saying "hope that power issue worked itself out". This is the main reason is be hesitant to book with Vacasa again. When you're in a foreign country, having a local host is supposed to mean something and unfortunately there was no support from this company. Overall, the condo was small, but the price was fair. The pool is great and the bar pool was really convenient and had well priced drinks and food. Intermittent power failure and poor host communication are the down sides.

Condo

Our flights were canceled and we needed to find a place quickly! This was the best of a bad situation! It was so close to fun! Everything is in walking distance! You could find any place to eat and no problem to find beverages! It was a beautiful hidden gem!!

Condo

This is in a walkable location. It was clean and quiet. The pool was not very warm so most people just sit around the pool. Parking was in a underground garage so it was secure. However, there was no response from vacasa. We contacted them everyday and they only said a local team would assist us, which never happened. We had no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Otherwise, the unit was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen.
