This is one of the nicest properties we’ve ever rented in the PV, Nuevo, Bucerias area. The balcony and the view were fabulous! For the most part the unit was very good. Super clean upon arrival. Relatively well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. Views from both bedrooms through floor to ceiling glass was amazing!! The Maritima building and amenities are top notch! Super clean! We loved the ground level pool! 65 metres at the long edge. We swam laps every day. The rooftop gym was awesome with a good selection of dumbbells and machines. The elevators were clean, quiet and fast! Hardly ever waited more than a minute. Building and grounds security was very thorough. It would have been nice if the guys English Language was a bit better but we were always able to communicate our needs. Resort bikes were poor but useable. Beach access was relatively good. There was a path adjacent the sister building across the street. There are a few beach umbrellas and lounge chairs for Maritima Golf guests but they were always full and sometime used by non-guests. This is one of the few issues that could use some improvement. Of all the guests/renters we talked to we felt Maritima 4B was one of the nicest providing good value for our money. We would definitely return again!
