The excellent: view, location (close to groceries and Bucerais), pool, beach, on-site restaurant, my balcony (with exterior roll down shades for privacy and temperature control), linens, cold fridge/freezer, washer/dryer combo, hot water, safety and security and my wonderful contact person CARLOS!! Carlos was very responsive and friendly and polite! What could be improved: hooks to hang towels, better cushions on outdoor loveseat/chairs and the addition of a barbecue. The kitchen is adequately supplied for basic meals. There is wear and tear, some stains on the couch, some areas needing paint touch ups. The vanity/sink is small and a slow drain - they have tried fix it. Overall, I love this condo and have booked for next year. It is a very relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful views of the bay and city lights. Harbor 171 is a nice complex with restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance. The unit is attractive. Supplies could be better in amount and quality, but it's otherwise a lovely place to be.

We had a great stay at Casa Petosa. Great beds, great showers, awesome common spaces (the deck was so nice). The pool was clean and big enough to play in and the hot tub was comfortably hot. Everyone who worked at the property was very helpful and nice and it was in perfect proximity to everything. We could not believe how perfectly stocked the kitchen was and we had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Parking was convenient and the surf board/equipment storage was easy and safe with people at the front gate 24/7. Make sure to check out Theresa's Tacos and La Panga de Mita in town. These were much more fun than the "fancy" restaurants on the beach! Thank you for such a fun way to welcome the new year.
