The villa and property were nice. Bed was a bit firmer than our preference. Our only complaint would be there were no stairs on the dock to get in and out of the water. Due to the extensive sargassum that accumulated on the beach we were unable to actually get in the water to swim or use the kayak without wading through the very stinky sargassum. The beach was inaccessible which was very unfortunate.

The unit was ok, it was clean, just a bit dated. The AC worked great! And the shower pressure was good. The 2 showers were lacking a shower caddy to hold essentials needed to bathe. The grounds were clean and the pool was nice, we didn't get to use it, but we did walk over to look at the area. Food and small market located directly across the road from the community.

The location strikes the perfect balance—close enough to easily enjoy San Pedro’s restaurants and attractions, yet tucked within Mara Laguna, where it feels like a peaceful retreat. Having convenient grocery options nearby was an added bonus, making it easy to stock up and settle in comfortably. After a full day exploring the island and taking in its sights, it was always a joy to return to the condo—a quiet, beautiful place to relax and recharge. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed, whether for a simple breakfast or a full, home-cooked meal, adding both ease and functionality to the stay. What truly sets this condo apart is how the views carry throughout the entire space. Both the living area and bedrooms showcase stunning water vistas, creating an atmosphere that feels bright, open, and seamlessly connected to the natural beauty outside. It genuinely feels like a home away from home—only better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, scenic, and perfectly situated getaway in San Pedro.
