We realy liked the spacious condo with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Full functional kitchen with all the needs. 2 places indoor parking is great and the location of the condo is perfect on the boardwalk. Close walk to the beach and many restaurants near by. On the down side we have noticed that the appartment would need a repaint all around, the walls are very dirty and the front door was the worst. Ventilation traps are full of dust, we removed the one in the hallway and cleaned it in order not to breathe the dust. The kind of dust thickness shows it has not been cleaned for a long time. There is one patio door that would not lock. This comment has been left by another member many months ago on this site, so we see the problem has not been fixed ! Otherwise than these little things that can be easily fixed we recommend the condo.
