This property has it everything our family of 4 could ask for: Great location, excellent accommodations, and a nice hot tub. We will be back.

Second stat in this building and this unit was fine on par with others. Fun for 3 adults, great location, love the ski valet and gym. The issues - as noted in other reviews - are the clunky management and responsiveness. HOA, building, Vacasa??? By example, hot tub was luke warm (safe?) entire stay and it almost became a running joke about who would call the front desk next to be told “service is on the way.” We got two parking tickets despite paying for parking as described and were told “yeah they just suck it happens all the time.” Fine outpost to stay in Breck but god forbid you have an issue in your unit…

It is walking distance to the skii resort and all the restaurants/shops nearby. The apartment is well stocked and very clean and spacious. Three bedroom with three attached bathrooms, all well stocked with towels and toiletries. Highly recommend this place.
