If I were buying a house in Sedona, I’d want to be in this neighborhood! Even when downtown is crowded, you have easy access to Oak Creek stores and restaurants. And even when all the trailhead parking lots are full, you can walk to Mystic or Chapel and access miles and miles of trails.

My husband and I (in our 40’s) stayed here with my mother (70’s) for a few days in mid-February an we LOVED our time at the Manzanita Hideaway. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect amount of space. An excellent base for our northern AZ adventures, but so comfy that we ended up staying in more than I’d expected. The location is PRIME. Great proximity to grocery store, walkable to uptown Sedona with all the restaurants and shops. Great trails just down the street. And the VIEWS. Even our DoorDash driver was impressed. Wish our stay could have been longer and would definitely love to go back in the future.
