This is the second time we’ve stayed at Timber Run for spring break. Condo was clean, everything worked, easy parking/ shuttle is awesome. Pool and hot tubs always a treat. The condo we stayed in this time was a little dated but everything comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed the proximity to the mountain that Timber Run 308 provided and it was a good value for the money. It is not a new unit but was very well maintained and extremely well cleaned. My onlycomplaint was that the management company, Vacasa, did little to assist us in having access to the unit prior to the standard 4 p.m time of entry. In the past when I have dealt with individual owners in Steamboat they do their utmost to have the unit available an hour or two early. Since there is no front desk at Timber Run there is also nowhere to check your bags so upon our arrival we spent two hours sitting around the lobby waiting for our unit to be cleaned. It was actually remarkable that it was cleaned as well as it was given there was only one maid actually servicing the room.

Love Timber Run location, great shuttle to the slopes is easy and convenient, hot tub was also nice after a full day of skiing.
