Cozy condo at The Phoenix. We enjoyed the location (close to public transportation and the ski base, and just a short jog to bike path). Amenities were nice too. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so there is room and privacy for everyone! The one car garage was perfect for bike storage. We went to the Oktoberfest with extended family and this condo accommodated us all for a fun weekend. Conveniently, this unit is right above my sister’s place! Saw some big BEAR paw prints right at the entrance of the unit— so beware!

This was a nice place to base our summer exploration of Steamboat Springs. The pool/hot tub was nice. The proximity to the Gondola area was nice. Condo was comfortable and quiet. The garage was a nice addition for extra security for our car and things. Would recommend this stay.
